Data Dwaraka Mahavidyalaya Arts, Commerce and Science was started Wakare by Shree Nrusinh Bahuuddeshiya Sanstha Wakare Paiki Powarwadi Sanchalit with a view to provide higher education to the hilly and rural area students. The college is sanctioned by the Government of Maharashtra and is affiliated to Shivaji University,Kolhapur.It is a multi faculty college with Arts, Commerce and Science faculties offering undergraduate courses viz. B.A., B.Com. and B.Sc. Mission of the college is ―To make students self-reliant by providing need based education and skills.‖ Right from the inception the College has been functioning in the direction of this mission.
